No trace of case in resolution center

I opened a case for a paypal transaction which relates to an ebay purchase. The item was not as described. Immediately after I opened the case, I click "view all cases" in the resoultion center, but nothing shows up. When I click on Case Report and choose the proper timeframe, I am able to see that the case was actually created though and that it is open. How come it does not show up in the resolution center then?
