I have a paypal user for many years and have had no problems whatsoever. no one knows my login or password. I only ever use it really for online purchases . Other day noted a payment to a chinese company, well think its chinese as its all in chinese symbols for $100 that I certainly did not make. I right away made a claim but simply got a mail back from paypal saying they had investigated and my claim has been rejected. No reason why is that it have I no redress now? I have changed seurity questions and password so hopefully it cant happen again but disapponted with result of claim.

If your password is strong AND you have not replied to any spoof emails then >>>
do an antivirus and antimalware scan on your computer and change your passwords on paypal etc.

If the purchase is linked to the IP address of one of your internet devices PayPal would assume you made the purchase.
What were you doing at the time of the transaction? Where were you iternet devices at that time? You could do a lot of research on your own about the transaction.
