Is Pepsida (http://pepsida.com/) a scam?

I am thinking of ordering some items from Pepsida http://pepsida.com/ or http://best-replica.com/

When I go to pay via Paypal I have to enter in the amount manual and the payment goes to the emaii:  <removed> 

Has Paypal had any disputes with this company? I can't find any real reviews online at all.

Unfortunately the only way to find info about a merchant is to search the internet.  PayPal does not share user or merchant information.
