I bought Chrome Hearts T shirt cushion from the shop in Rakuten. The seller indicated on website that he will attach the invoice copy of Chrome Hearts but he sent me the invoice of Hirshleifers instead. Also the detail in invoice is different from the item I bought. So I dont know that these items are authentic or not. I want to send the items back and get the refund but the seller wont accept. Also I sent mail to Hirshleifers but no response. What topic that I will send dispute to Paypal and win this case? No invoice as the seller claimed, is it enough? Any suggestions?

Start with the dispute process, "Significantly Not as Described" or SNAD. Note, you have 45 days from the original date of purchase to open a Dispute. After that, you have 20 days to escalate the Dispute to a Claim. If you don't escalate the Dispute to a Claim, PayPal assumes you have resolved the issue with the seller and will close the Dispute. Once that happens, it cannot be reopened.
Note, if you did pay using a credit card and the PayPal process does not decide in your favor, then contact the card issuer for assistance. It's possible the card issuer can do a chargeback for you.
