I have more evidence now that an item is fake. The company confirmed that the serial number is fake through an email. I would like to either forward the email or print it and fax it to Paypal along with photos of the serial number on the item. However, when I asked the question through contact us, Paypal just sent a canned letter about how to file a dispute.
I already have the dispute filed and we're waiting for the buyer to respond. I have a feeling he will not respond though since chances are he knows the items are a fake. Still, I'd like to have the evidence ready.
