How can I have back my PayPal account after they suspect of fraud?

After I made a payment to a client, PayPal system blocked my account and I cant access to it.
I have tryed uploading my passport to let them know that I did that payment, but impossible to upload my passoport jpg file.
I dont find any phone number to call.
Who can help me?
Beside I am outside of the USA and will be out for almos a month!

Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.
