Dispute / refund for a payment made to a person (non-business) for a tangible good

Hello,

 

I'm trying to confirm if I can file a dispute for a transaction as described below:

 

Craigslis item listed, the seller originally wanted cash payment, but negotiated to use PayPal. If I send money for the sports event tickets via PayPal to this seller, is this transaction disputable like it would be with registered sellers (businesses)?

Hi Pininfarina575,

 

That's a great question! As long as the payment is sent as a payment for goods or services and not as a personal payment you would have coverage (assuming they would be physically shipping you tickets and they are not virtually delivered).
