CAN PASS THE Security check USING MY PHONE NUMBER ?

I can't get passed the security check as I can't use my ID right now for private reason and I can only the phone number linked to my paypal account .

How do I get around this? How can I get access to my paypal account?I have many things to Pay asap!

The computer I'm trying to login from is my home desktop and I have been using it for years to login to paypal. I recently changed my internet  service,so I have a new ip (it shows me New IP)... I want to resolve this problem fast as possible, I have many payments that I need urgently to do

Don't email that is a waste of time, phoning is best for speed but  >>

When you get through don't select any options just hang on till you get transfered to an agent or say the word "agent".

have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?

You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.
