I have been an Ebay seller and using Paypal since 2002. I have 100% positive feedback with 0% defect.
I do have about 6 incidents last year where buyers opened cases claimed not delivered on eBay but they were all resolved in my favor because tracking shows delivered or packages were actually signed for.
Returns, I have about 17 because USPS damaged the products or they returned me empty boxes (scams) claiming SNAD 1-2 days after they received the products.
These 17 are out of 7000+ transactions.
I had a buyer who purchased from me more than 180 days ago. She had not attempted to contact me at all all these time. She called Paypal and claimed I sold her $200 worth of fake products. She has no evidence to support her claim.
I uploaded manufacturer's certificates, invoices to Paypal. Same thing I had done when they needed it the moment my sales increased 8 years ago. Same manufacturer, same authorized dealer. I have no issues all these years and nobody had ever opened claims before to say I am selling fakes.
However, 2 days later, Paypal decided to permanently limit my account (can't be appealed) saying I was selling fake/bootleg/replica items, violating user agreement.
I am the one with proof of authenticity, the manufacturer's phone/fax/address are all on the certificates. The certificates are signed by their head of quality control.
I gave everything to Paypal. Yet, my account is limited permanently because of what one person cried fake, without any evidence to substantiate her claim.
I called the resolution center and all the reps told me they couldn't do anything to help. They are not the specialists.
I asked for a phone number where I could call, "Sorry, no phone number to call, only email". I did email, nobody even responded. I scheduled a phone call back to me but so far no phone calls yet.
Does anyone know what to do in such situations? Again, I provided proof of authenticity and Paypal do this to me.
I really need to be able to resolve this since selling on eBay is my livelihood, I need to pay the manufacturers, my parents' and my living expenses. Everything's due in a week and I don't have enough. Thank you in advance for advices and help.

Hi! I did try 3 personal messages via Facebook but never gotten anyone related to reply.
The replies for the messages was for me to call Paypal.
When I called, as described above, the resolution reps couldn't help me because no details were given. All they could see was the manufacturer's certificates attached and confirming with me that the buyer had no evidence to back up her claims.
