I got the PayPal "conformation" email, but there is no transaction in my PayPal account? He says he sent it, so does the "conformation" email. What's the email PayPal uses so I make sure I know if it's real.

The text and formatting of the PayPal email varies depending on the type of payment received, but it will always have your first and last name.  For all payments, you should use a trusted link to log in to your PayPal account to verify that the payment has been received.

Don't click on any links in the email message.

Well this "conformation" email also said that PayPal would hold the credited amount from my account until I've shipped the item.

Then, I haven't recieved a email from PayPal or the buyer within 2 days. Then today, I got a email from PayPal and the buyer in the same hour. The PayPal email had this:

"We are glad to inform you that we can not take the risk of crediting your account without you sending the the item out to the buyer address and once you ship the item out make sure you send the shipping tracking number to us so that will can release the funds into your account immediately you send us the shipping tracking number. The money have already been credited into your account but it wont reflect until you send the item out. Failure to do that we are going to take legal action on he/her.."

So is this legit or a scam artist?

Most likely a scam.  (PayPal does not word emails in that manor.)

I also thought this, especially after I called the buyer a liar and scam artist and I recieved an email from this suppossed "PayPal" email saying

"Once you send the item out to the address given to you bellow and get back to us with the shipping tracking number given to you at the USPS POST OFFICE your account will be credited . We advise you to get the item in the mail in less than 24hours because the buyer emailed us that he was buying the item for his son as a birthday gift. So, you have to get the item in the mail immediately you get this email or latest first thing tomorrow morning and get back to us with the shipment tracking number that was given to you at the Post office after you mail it out via USPS EXPRESS MAIL INTERNATIONAL and also we receive the requested information from you, your account will be credited immediately without delay. We are only doing this to protect both the buyer and the seller because most sellers don't ship out items once their account  has been credited so, this is part of our new policy to protect both the buyer and the seller. After you get the item in the  mail just reply directly to this email with the tracking information and we will receive it in our system. we are looking to hear back from you as soon as possible and if not will we send all your information to the FBI for ripping for practicing scam because the buyer and already sent you the funds and it has been deducted from his account so, we are only waiting for your response on the requested information (TRACKING NUMBER) so, as to get your account credited and close the deal as soon as possible. We will be waiting for your response as soon as possible because the buyer is really worried about your non- response and also our PayPal team just make sure you do get back to the buyer and apologize because he emailed our team that you insulted him. Why? He his a verified PayPal member and he paid for the item legally. What you have to do now is to email him and apologize and also try to tell him when you will be getting the item in the mail at latest. Our team will be waiting for your response on this and also when you will be getting our clients item in the mail at latest."

Because I called him a liar.

P.S. I still have no transaction of this money on my account.

It's usually always a scam when you do not have any history or record of the transaction payment and the other side is either trying to scare, threaten or bully you.  Simply walk away.
