I don't understand this paypal mastercard. I thought it linked to what I had available in my paypal

credit. But it sounds like I have to add money to it to use it, what's the sense in having it if this

is how it works. 

Does anyone know exactly how to use this?

prepaid MC debit card has its own website,read all about it.

you have to get a permanent one with your name,ss ,addr before you can link to your PAYPAL account.
