I purchased a ring back on Nov 25. this was a christmas gift for my daughter. In jan she showed me it was starting to tarnish. I contracted the seller and they are refusing to help. said I waited to long I only had  45 days???? I was within the 45days but after months and tons of emails mostly from me as they do not answer for weeks at a time.

What can I do? Can I do anything
