Unable to perform the PayPal instant transfer, if you continue having issues please call customer service.

I have been getting this same error message for over a month whenever I try to transfer money to my prepaid MasterCard. It's very frustrating. I have called PayPal and the prepaid customer service numbers 2-3times per week since sept 30. . Nobody knows how to fix this issue. The call always ends with "we will escalate this issue as high priority and you will get a call back within 1-2 business days." Nobody ever calls me back. I'm at a loss. Has anybody has this issue??

Yes.  Same problem.  It has been very frustrating.  I've been on the phone with people at both places also.  Something that is bugging me at this moment is that every person I talk to at Customer Service acts like they've never heard of anyone else having this problem before.  And now I see that many, many people are having this problem.  So what the **bleep** is going on?  Has anyone out there had this problem and had it resolved so they can once again do an instant transfer to their card?  Anyone?  If not, I suggest we all give up and close our accounts.  Because this is nonsense.  They have had long enough to fix it - they clearly have no intention of doing that.  And they are just jacking us around.  Nice.  Jump ship now and take your money with you somehow ....

I figured this out similar to the way somebody else did. I used my cell phone on the mobile page of PayPal prepaid website. Touch the little bell symbol and follow the instructions from there. It was very easy. Wish it was easier to find d.

HAPPY NEW YEAR AND GRRR same crap. when i 1st got card it errored every time for weeks. CS no help. randomly it began working again...and now hapoy new year no $ for u. grrr

Talk to a supervisor. I demanded to talk to supervisor and he refunded my money after 2-3 weeks of same run around you are going through.

Im having the problem again. Im trying to pay ebay back but I can't. due it my money won't transfer or send to another account. My account isn't limited.

If you are unable to do a transfer make sure you have confirmed your email before trying to transfer PayPal money to your banking institution.
