I recently received my Paypal debit card, and i've been trying to activate it. The envelope tells me to go to paypal.com/activatecard but when i go to said site, i keep getting the message of "We can't activate your card". It doesn't matter where i try to activate, whether it's through the app or on the website, i keep getting the same message. I'm just trying to activate my debit card, i don't know if it's a problem with the card or a problem with Paypal itself. Please help.
