Paypal Here app crashes after 5 seconds of loading on iphone 8

Installed the Paypal Here app.   But after reaching the point of the thumb print login access, the app crashed.  It now crashes 3-5 seconds after attemping to open.     Have restarted the phone, as well as deleted and reinstalled the app multiple time.    Am using the latest version of software on the ios 11.1.2

Any suggestions?  Need to be able to accept credit cards tomorrow!

Same here. I'm using an iPhone 6 Plus. Crashes after 3 secs. Also tried on my iPad Air 2. Failed on both.

You need to phone PayPal support and talk to a PPH tech specialist.  They are quite knowledgable.

When did PPH add thumb print for security?

Mine at least gets to the point where you choose the invoice you want to take payment on and THEN crashes. iPhone 5s and iPhone 7. Reloaded app 15 times still crashes at same point. Come on PayPal fix this thing!!! It hasn’t worked since November 10
