I can't buy via paypal. Everytime when i go to checkout page on Ebay and click on buy with paypal the window pop up and try to load paypal site but unsuccessfully. The loading icon is trying to load but after 15 seconds i get the message that paypal can't be reached. I can login to my paypal account and i can buy via paypal on other sites but not on ebay. I tried different browsers, cleard history and cookies and even tried new pc but it is still the same. Please help me.
