I filed a dispute agaisnt a purchase i did for $250 using paypal credit. I won the dispute, and the case was closed. But the $250 charge is still on the paypal credit section, and it still says I owe it.
I contacted support and they said "A full credit for the transaction was posted to your PayPal account ($250.00), taking your active balance from $699.02 to $949.02."
But theres no transaction of this ever occuring, isnt on any statements or balancing. My expenses of the month equaled out to the money I already had.
(Meaning my expenses were $689 that month, which puts my remaining balance at $10)
So when did my balance become $949? Wouldnt I have an extra $250 making my left over balance $260?
Is paypal saying that instead of removing the $250 charge on the credit, they instead just sent me $250 in my balance to use to pay for the credit purchase? If so, why didnt it ever show up?
