I have a non-profit account in the US for PayPay...when I signed into PayPay Here to use my mobile card reader, it states I am ineligible. I need to use this for an event tomorrow. How can I find out why I'm ineligible?
There are various reasons you were told that you were not eligible, that's something that can not be determined through the community forum. Suggest you phone customer support for assistance.
I had called and was told the same thing that I have to wait for the result of the review. I was expecting to use this hardware tomorrow for an event planned...sad that this happened and without explanation. It has caused a great deal of inconvenience and continues to do so ad it prolongs without explanations.
