I received my card reader, All set up on my Droid Razr MAXX. The App recognizes the swiper, but it will not recognize a card swipe. (tryed numerouse cards)

I can scan and enter manually. Is there a setting I failed to set to get it to recognize a swiped card?

 I messed around enough and found that even if you have the Volume up all the way the swipe still didn’t recognize. I found that I had to disable audio effects. Now the swipe recognizes the card.

Hi,

I entered 70 items into my Android PayPal Here app yesterday from the Profile/Manage Items section and saved each one.  Today only 25 of those show.  Before I re-enter the missing items again is there a limit on the number of items you can have?  Any ideas as to why the other 45 items disappeared and any way to retrieve them?

Did you ever find an answer? I entered over 300 items and they are all MISSING! I ran purchases against them this AM and now they are all not there.

Here's the Solution:  I lost all my products on my paypal here ipad mini App.  I called support and they were unaware of the issue.  I deleted the app then reinstalled it from the appstore and all the products came back.

I am also having the problem of nothing happening after "Connecting to Paypal, verifying credentials, synchronizing preferences" on the iPhone.

Any update on a fix?

So the Samsung Galaxy S2 SGH-i777 is supported but not the S2 Skyrocket SGH-i727? Seems to me that there wouldn't be that much difference between the two from an app programming standpoint. So the million dollar question, will the Skyrocket SGH-i727 be supported or will I need to look to Square or Intuit for a mobile solution?

I like most are having issues with the card reader. It's the Droix X and meets all the requirements to use the card reader. I am on my 3rd-4th reader and still no luck. According to customer service, these are known issues with known device issues. SInce I can't wait until PayPAl figures out their technology, Intuit and Square readers work with no issues! It's a shame as I've been using paypal for at least 13+ years!

Card reader works on iphone 4 and new ipad but not iphone 4S. Recentlly had my 4S replaced under warranty for another issue and the new 4S also does not work.  The app detects the reader ok but test swipes do not work.  Same tests using iphone 4 and new ipad work perfectly.

Any ideas?
