I have a PayPal credit account that is current and up to date. I'm going through some financial setbacks and would benefit from paying my landlord this month with PayPal credit. Whenever I send money to him (or anyone else) PayPal credit does not appear as an option of payment. Ive called customer service numerous times and they always tell me something different. (the amount is too high, the recipient isn't verified, its an unusual transaction)
