Horrible Customer Service

Not sure if this is the right place to post this, but i called the customer support at 12:31 PM today and wanted to talk about a recent refund i issued. The lady on the phone started getting very rude, and i could not believe the customer service i was getting, after being on PayPal for 10+ years. I asked to speak to a manager, and she put me on hold for over 40 mintues, when i had to hang up because i was on my lunch break and had to go back to work. This was the final straw, and after my money is withdrawn and accounts switched over, ill be going with a competitor for sending and transfering money.

 

She would not give her name, but i surley hope for PayPals sake that the customer service is improved.

What company is the competitor.  Thare are a lot of PayPal members who are frustrated and could use your advice about a better payment service company.
