Access denied

So i am having an issue logging into my paypal app and on the browser off of my mobile phone, it continues to say access denied, i have a lg  phone thru cricket wireless, and it was working perfectly fine up until yesterday when i was out and about on my mobile data. ive tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and clearing my browser data on my web browser. what can i do to be able to access my account off of my phoe again?

I'm so sorry to hear that you have been unable to access the PayPal website and app from your Cricket mobile data plan. We have received other reports of the same experience and are looking into the matter.

In the meanwhile, one workaround that has been reported to work for some people is to use the Opera Mini app.
