paypal here wont validate address

I have been trying to validate my address for paypal here. It continues to tell me,

'We weren't able to validate your city, state, or ZIP code. Please check your entries and try again."

I just created this fdor my business account. I have a card reader already that i got from my personal account, but i never used it. I figured i would use it in my business account. But it cant validate my city. I have checked and re checked. My zip matches exactly what USPS says about my city.

Is your PayPal business account correctly validated with your address?  Are you using this same address for your PayPal Here account?

If you are still having problems, it's best to call PayPal so somoney can look at your account and resolve the issue.

That's the thing. It has not validated it. I am using my home address. But I even went to my personal account and removed that address as my home address. And it would still not accept this as my business address. I'm assuming PayPal believes my city doesn't exist. I know we don't have anything but McDonald's, but we still receive mail at least! Lol I will call tomorrow.

You removed your home address from your personal account?  Now I'm really confused about what you are doing.

Don't your personal and buiness accounts use the same home address?

Just in an attempt to see if having the address as my home address on my personal account was causing it to not let me use it for my business account
