Updating Expiration Date on PayPal MasterCard

I just realized my MasterCard expired in May (is there no warning about this?) and went to try and change the expiration date. HELP says to go to My Profile, then My Money, then Update Debit Card...and then...go to Edit under Action. There is no Action tab there. How do I do this?? If I can ever do it, when will I get a new card? Until I get a new card...is my current card just useless?

Hello there!

The instructions you're giving are the correct ones if you're attempting to edit a third party debit or credit card.  However, it sounds like you're on the PayPal Debit MasterCard page, and that's what you want to update.

If this is the type of card you're having issues with, these are usually sent out 30-45 days in advance of the expiration.  If you didn't receive a replacement, you'll want to contact customer service and check on what happened to the card and where it was sent.  A debit card representative can assist you with this information and in ordering a new replacement.

Thanks!

Adrian
