Smart connect gone?

I've been behind on my payments since July, I know that, but recently my fiance sent me enough to fully pay off said debt. However... when I logged in to try and handle that mess, ther was no option for me to pay it. In fact, it looks like my Smart Connect account is just...gone. Could use some help. 😞

This same exact thing has happened to me. I can't even make a payment. It's completely gone. What gives?

If I can't access it to make a payment and they charge me even more...isn't that illegal? How am I supposed to fix this?

I received a bill today in the mail that says I can pay online. I still cannot pay online. Here's the customer service number on my bill 1-866-571-3012 you can call.
