When I signed up for Smart Connect, I thought it was an automatic bill paying system, not a credit card. Anyway, I have a POSITIVE balance on it and I would like to move it to my regular PayPal account and then close the Smart Connect account. Can I move this balance? Or should I just charge something to the Smart Connect credit card to use it up?
