PayPal Here card reader reimbursement - still not working!

Its been several months now since I first tired to redeem the codes on my 3 paypal here card swipe readers.

After taking a while to get business account sorted out, and then school, I'm finally trying this again.

Strangly enough, one of the readers redeemed fine earlier today. But the other two are "already redeemed".

And I can find no history in my account of ever redeeming them.

Anyone else have this problem?

I recived my  card chip and my limit 3 redemtion offer had already expired july 31 2016 did not even get in the mail untill aug 2016 how do i redeem my 15 dollers crazy
