Hello - I bought the Here card reader last week to use with my iPhone at a weekend art show - and like others here, I cannot make it work. I've read the various threads, but all of the suggested fixes (re-installs and reboots etc) do not work. The app works, but the card reader either spends hours saying it is updating software (when it clearly is not) or else says it has failed to update right away. None of which helps me take payments. Sorry to re-introdice this topic but I am mightily disappointed. Two points:
1. Please do you have any other suggestions that do actually work.
2. Why is PayPal selling this device? Self-employed people cannot afford to spend half the week messing about with gadgets that do not provide their core function, notable when that function is to take payments,
