Hello All,
We've got the App on both iPad [Air2] and iPhone [6+] and paired/connected to the reader [bluetooth].
1. Reader Screen "Open the app on your phone or tablet"
2. Blue Light Steady On
3. Phone Connected
4. Login to the 'HERE' app... [Log In with PayPal button] Phone/PIN >> Login
5. Loading modal
6. "Congratulations! Your now ready to accept payments whereever you do business. You can order your card ready anytime from your PayPal Here app settings"
7. Blue Button [only option] "Start Selling"
loops back to 4. Login to the 'HERE' app... [Log In with PayPal button] Phone/PIN >> Login
and round we go forever!!! can anyone help.? We've reset the reader and re-installed the App - thanks

Did you call PayPal Here customer service for help? They do have PayPal technical help.

thanks DPC. I will speak to them. it feels more & more like a server authentication issue form the App to PayPal upon receipt of login credentials but it would be nice if PayPal gave an opinion. cheers

PayPal will probably help when you call.
This, however, is a user forum, not PayPal support. There are moderators but they don't have technical information. This board isn't an announcement board for PayPal.

I'm getting the same issue. Tried it on two different iphones. iphone 6s & iphone 6s plus. On both have reinstaled app. No luck. Need it working for an event tomorrow. 😞
