PayPal Debit Card HELP!

Can someone tell me how to get (or link me) to the page where you request a DEBIT/PREPAID card that lets you use the funds you have in your PayPal account. NOT the credit card.  Thanks for your time!

Thanks for reaching out to us here! We have a couple of options for this. One is the PayPal Debit MasterCard. You can learn more about this and apply here. We also offer the PayPal Prepaid MasterCard. More information on this card can be found here.
