Not given option for premiere account

I tried to upgrade my personal account to a premiere account, but when I clicked "upgrade," the only option I was given was for a business account. I don't have a business, but I'd like to upgrade to premiere. Is there some other way to access this option?

Hi SienaC,
Thanks for reaching out to us here with your questions! Premier accounts are no longer available in the PayPal system. At this time we offer Personal and Business accounts only. You are still able to receive payments using a personal account, but if you would like your customers to see a business name instead you can upgrade to the business account.
