My credit card billing address is a PO Box. How do I apply for a PayPal Debit Card?

For security reasons, PayPal cannot send a debit card to a P.O. Box. However, they have to send the card to the registered billing address of a credit card. My credit card billing address is a P.O. Box, so I cannot apply for a card. Is there any way I can work around this?

Suggest contacting customer support direct to find out what your options are.  Some card issues such as PayPal require a physical street address while other institutions such as banks will send to your PO Box, no questions asked.  We too only have a PO Box and it's never been an issue with our card issuer.

If you literally don't have a home address to use, ask a nearby relative or friend that you trust if you can temporarily borrow their address for a few weeks.

1. Change PayPal verified Credit-Card address to the address of the relative or friend. Wait a day or more for changes to complete.
2. Change address in PayPal of Credit-Card to address of the relative or friend.
3. Request PayPal debit card to be sent to new verified address.
4. Once you have your PayPal debit card, change address of Credit-Card and PayPal verified Credit-Card back to PO Box.

However, beware that if you lose your PayPal debit card and require a new one, you will have to go through process again!
