I can not get my PayPal Debit MasterCard to activate

I have tried again and again to get it to acivate. Every time it says that this card can not be linked and to try another one. I bought it from a gas station today, and I need that fifty-five dollars off of it quick. Can someone please help me? I would appreciate it great!!

I am having the same issue. Try calling the phone number to Paypal prepaid provided to you on the card. You'll be able to activate it there but you will still get an error message if you try and login to Paypal Prepaid. I got my card a few days ago for free from Paypal and they blamed cards sent by consumer service. Clearly, you got one from the market, so clearly it's not a consumer service card issue. Paypal is clueless as to the cause and I am wondering if I should rely on Paypal instead of Greendot for my future payments.
