Yesterday my Account is verfied . But till now my debit card is not verified. What i need to do for it??

Two time Paypal debited Nearly 75 INR from my account but till now Paypal not return my money.. No reply from Paypal customer center.. I'm waiting for order A laptop from U.S Please healp me quickly...

I don't understand the problems.

You sold 2 that a buyer did not recevie and PayPal refunded the buyer?  Is that correct?
