Added my Card But Not Confirmed yet. i withdraw without confirm. will i received money?

hello. as title said. i added my visa on my paypal and when i try confirm it says try again later . i didnot get the 4 digit number yet. i asked bank and they said it need 24-48 hr to get the code. so i tried withdraw my money without confirm my card. is that possible to get the money on my credit card (Without confirm?) ??? Translaction saying "Pending" at the moment.

Why not patiently wait untill the verification is complete before attempting transactions and complicating the matter?

because paypal said its bank problem, bank said u need to wait. i dont know  who ill trust? already waiting 48 hour still nothing. and the 1$ wich charged by paypal is still in blocked translactions.

Suggest you call PayPal customer service and talk to an agent.
