I am so stumped, i keep recieving an Unable to to perform paypal instant tranfer error and i have been transferred back and forth between both paypal and paypal prepaid mc, and they keep assuring me that its nothing on their end, that maybe its just on a delay and i should just give it a few hours its been well over 14 hours, i have literally been at this since yesterday morning..... my accounts are uptodate and ive done all the tips and trouble shooting stuff, but i just dont understand how they cant seem to find the problem, i have emailed netspend and hopefully they get back to me soon . Has anyone else been able to get their simular issue resolved?
I have the same problem. It's been two months now, and nothing has been fixed!!! I am tired of calling and emailing!
Just curious to see if your issue was fixed? I can't transfer either and use to do this ALL the time, then suddenly I get the error message "unable to perform instant transfer".... I've emailed countless times to prepaid, and they say everyting looks good on their end and to contact paypal customer service...ughghgh.
