Use the same bank account, (preferably not the account and routing number or direct deposit that comes with the Rush Card) between your PayPal account and Rush Card account. Then you withdrawl from PayPal to your bank account and then use the same bank account to add money to your Rush card. It has to be an actual bank account. PayPal not a big fan of account and routing numbers associated with cards that can double as a bank account or that can receive direct deposit.
