resend a refunded payment ?

How do I send a payment back to seller that was refunded ?

I placed an order for some things and after 6 weeks with no package seller refunded payment. (order was from overseas)

3 weeks later package arrived. It was beat up pretty good, but nothing was broke and everything I ordered was there.

Tried to contact seller through Ebay no reply. (hope I did it right) since communication was good the whole time.

Would like to send the payment back to seller.

No obligation, but you can't reverse a refund.  If you want, just send money as a gift.
