"Pending until XXXXX"

Hey,

Currently on my PayPal account there is a PayPal.me payment which is still pending until 18 november 2016, its 19 november 2016 to me right now, and it is still not on my available money, why is this? I also do not have the possibility to bind a credit card seeing as I do not own one.

Well its the 18th until mid-night so it may clear by then but if not then hopefully tomorrow.

So it is, so if it does not clear by midnight give customer services a call on Monday.

Even when you call and make a funds release request, note that it may take up to a couple of days to process so don't freak out if it is not instantly released.

I sent an email to Customer Service, no replies..

Please help me with this.
