problem with customer service message system

I've been using Paypal for well over a decade, and have had only positive experiences until this recent experience.  

The rare times there were any confusions or difficulties, PP immediately resolved the problems-  before this time.

Early last month, I tried to get assistance from customer service through the message system.  Although I stated the problem was not addressed in the drop-down menu, I received a 'form' reply.  It said if the reply was not helpful, I should respond to the message.  I did that-  and received another form reply.  I ended up sending a total of 5 messages-  each time receiving form replies.  It seems the customer service reps did not even read my messages.  

 

I understand PP is a very busy company, but I think someone there should read messages and help resolve the problems.
