I cannot use paypal for purchases today. Any one else have that problem?
According to the system status site - there's no current issues at this time. As there's really not enough info provided by your post, you may want to phone customer support with your concerns.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
