How can I pay my METRO PCS cellphone account. Using my PayPal account And also how can I cancel the debit card and request a new one, after making the payment?

You will need a PayPal mastercard debit card to pay your cell phone bill to use funds from your PayPal account.

Then to cancel your PayPal debit card, call customer service for assistance:
