new email address

Hi, 

I received an email about I added a new email address to your PayPal account. However, I did not add this email address to my account. I am not familiar with this email address. Can you delete it?

I can certainly understand your concern. If you've been notified that an email address has been added to your account without your permission, I recommend logging into your account at your earliest convenience and changing your account's password and security questions by following the steps listed here. You will also want to review your recent activity to determine whether or not payments were sent without your permission. If unauthorized payments were sent, you can report them to us by following these steps. Once reported, our teams will review your report and provide you with updates via email/Secure Message Center.
