With a linked credit card, can I make a payment with the credit card whereby the merchant-vendor gets paid immediately the same as if it were a cash payment (SEND). I would then elect to pay the resulting debit to the credit card with my PayPal cash balance or as an ACH payment from my bank checking account. Is this possible?
