made a false unauthorized payment

i made a unauthorized payment case i thought was unauthorized till i realized it was by someone in my family i allowed to purchase. How can i fix this

Contact PayPal customer service to cancel the Unauthorized transaction claim.  Can't close those through the resolution center.
