item delivered, but still payment is on hold

Hello

i sold two items on eBay, posted one via DHL and another via Thai Post. both have been delivered since 3 days, but the payments are still on hold. i don't know how to add prove of delivery to PayPal. is PayPal supposed to know by itself or is my payment's gonna be on hold for while even if the item is deliverd? 

any response will be appreciated.

If you added tracking, sometimes there maybe delay in confirming delivery.  You can add tracking info by clicking the transaction and click Add Tracking link if you have not already done so.  PayPal may also delay release if the transaction is deemed high risk by their system for the full 21 days or possibly beyond that.  In that case, call customer service to request release.  Please allow  up to couple days for processing after request.
