Yesterday I recieved a payment request on my paypal account from your behalf - "here goes my paypal email"
I guess that you are the request sender, as long as it contains your individual info:
"My name"
"My old address"
"My old phone number"
The question is - where did you get individual data about my account and why you have sent an request for payment. I have no idea who you are and I don't want to cause any troubles. But my advocate gave me recommendation to contact the police about your fraud letter. Anyway, I don't want to hurry up with this, and first of all, I'm planing to get all therequired details from you. I have attached the payment details in the text document below.
For security reasons file was protected by password - 8575.
I expect response and interaction from you as soon as you can.
Regards,
Daniel Lebish

I just got this one:
Good day to you!
Yesterday I recieved a request for payment on my paypal account from your behalf - "my email address"
I assume that you are the payment bill sender, because it contains your private information:
"My name"
"My address"
"My phone number
What cares me most of all is - where did you get personal info about me and why you decided to send an inquiry. I have no idea who you are and I don't want to cause any troubles. But my advocate gave me an advise to contact the police relatively the fraud request. However, I don't want to hurry up with this, and first of all, I'm going to get all theessential info from you. I have attached the payment details in the text document below.
For security reasons file was protected by password - 1070.
I expect response and interaction from you as soon as you can.
Best regards,
<removed>
Attached was a Word dokument, which I haven't tried to open.
Also, the senders email address is <removed>
I looked up <removed> and it seems legit, but what is very weird is at them bottom at the page it says "Nice monitor you got there. Hope it breaks down soon :i"
What really bothers me, is that they have my name, my address and my phone# 😞

Got one today as well. The file is a word document with Macros, once you enable the macros it can run operations in the background, DO NOT OPEN THE DOCUMENT! Just delete the email!

Same thing to me, and also today. I got the same email with an old address and phone number, siged "Edwin Jameson" but otherwise exactly the same. How did they get my details, is what I'd like to know! Do I need to run some protection on my paypal account; change passwords or something? I didn't open the attached WORD doc of course.

Oh my gosh, I just received an email almost exactly as the rest of you.........what is so strange is that the email address that it came from seems legit but I too have a document attached that I will not open. I called Paypal and they instructed me to change my password, security questions and forward the email to them. How bizarre!!!! The scary thing to me is that the email contained my name and address which is bad enough but my phone number too which is not published anywhere.........
