how do I communicate with PayPal for explanation of a charge to my account

The correct amount of a purchase I made in early March shows up in my PayPal statement. However my home bank checking statement shows a lesser amount. I'm pretty sure I didn't have a balance in PayPal that would account for the difference.

 

I've looked around the help pages, but I don't see anywhere to go to get an explanation of the charges.

 

How do I find someone from PayPal to explain the difference.
