ECHECK will take days to clear,if you link a credit card,then it is instant bank transfer,not echeck.
remember,echeck is like you writing a physical check to someone,if there is not enough fund in your b ank account when PAYPAL withdraw,your bank could charge you NSF.
Paypal usually attempted once or twice after 2 days,so more NSF your bank will charge you
