double payment situation?

Hi,
I bought a computer on the 12/18/16, and thought I paid with my PP account, but then I saw this on my wellsfargo account:  01/03/17 PAYPAL INST XFER 170101  $760.50

Is this normal to have a bank account transfer 2 WEEKS after the actual purchase,

 or is this a double payment situation?

What are the details in your PayPal account for transactions within the 2-week period?

What web site did you use for the purchase?

How did you really pay?  Did you print a receipt for the purchase?

FAH's at Paypal!! 

I sent a $400 rent payment to my landlady. Hit "send" or "Send now" or whatever & the thing whirlygigs. Ok, it's doing it's thing... I look back, & there is the "Send now" button. Well, maybe there's some final-final thing to click on, so I did. THIS sent a double pmt. My LL emailed me, & I called PayPal. They said the two sends were "40 seconds apart". They sent my LL instructions via e-mail how to refuse/reverse it, but it was too late. I got a F-ing $36 overdraft fee !! !! !! 

I'm going to call the FAH's at PayPal & demand they reimburse me for this. 

What a bunch of FDB's.
